Mice aren’t patients. Yet for decades, anticancer drug discovery has relied on animal models and cell lines that often fail to predict what actually happens in humans. The result is staggering: 95% of oncology drug candidates that “work” in mice but fail in patients.

Mobius exists to change that. Our vision is to discover novel anticancer drugs rooted in a deep and systematic understanding of human biology, not animal models, to deliver medicines designed to succeed in the clinic.

We do this by integrating frontier AI capabilities, deep disease insights and a wet lab platform, which allows us to interrogate disease mechanisms directly in live human tissue samples with proven clinical relevance.
